CA. B. M. GUPTA (FCA)

Location: Head Office:- # 729A, Basement, Sector-8, Panchkula, India.

  1. Worked as Accounts officer with Oswal Woollen Mills Ltd. Ludhiana from July 1978 to June 1979 and supervised accounts, finance and sales of its fully fashioned unit (now known as Monte Carlo).
  2. Served as Finance Manager with SAB Industries Ltd. (A Steel Strips Group Concern) from July 1979 to September 1982 and supervised Finance and Accounts functions of its Civil Construction projects at Delhi and Bihar.
  3. Started as Sole Proprietor in the firm name 'Brij Gupta & Co', Chartered Accountants in September, 1981 and added more partners with time. Now looking after audits and project finance departments of the Firm.
  4. Worked as partner with M/S S.C. Dewan and Co., Chartered Accountants, Chandigarh from October 1982 to March 1992 and looked after audits of Steel Strips Group, Punjab Fibres Ltd., HARTRON, PUNCOM, HSMITC, PSFDC, Punjab Financial Corporation, Insurance Companies and banks, etc. and also controlled Project Finance Division and dealt with PFC, PSIDC, HFC, HSIIDC, SIDBI and IFCI.
  5. Worked as Director with M/s. B. V. Surveyors Pvt. Ltd. from 1992 to 2002 and investigated Bank Frauds and major loss cases.

CA. RAJ KUMAR GOEL (FCA, IRP)

Location: Branch Office:- S.C.F. 499, First Floor, Motor Market, Manimajra, Chandigarh (U.T.) - 160101.

  1. Worked as partner with M/s. S. Bhushan & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ludhiana in 1979-80 and looked after taxation and audit work.
  2. Worked as Accounts Manager from 1980 to 1982 with Central Machinery Co. P. Ltd., Ludhiana, manufacturer of heavy earth moving machinery parts and dealing with Govt. departments for eg., DGSDO, etc..
  3. Worked as Finance Controller with J. B. Paper Mills P. Ltd., New Delhi from 1983 to Jan., 1984.
  4. Worked as Chief Accountant from Feb., 1984 to Nov., 1993 with U. P. Coop. Sugar Factories Federation Ltd., Lucknow at their units situated at Bisalpur (Pilibhit), Ramale (Meerut), Sarsawa (Saharanpur) and Sitarganj (Nanital).
  5. Started own CA. practice in the name of Aar Kay Goel and Associates, Panchkula in Dec., 1993, and conducted audits of many poultry concerns namely Satyam Poultries, Rishi Farms, etc..
  6. Joined M/s. Brij Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Partner in August, 2010 and looking after project finance work.
  7. Has qualified as Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) on 27/02/2018 vide Regd. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01002.
  8. He has been providing professional consultancy to Clients and Insolvency Professionals.

CA. AAYUSH GUPTA (FCA, DISA)

Location: Branch Office:- 102, Lavender Tower, Omaxe Green Valley, Sector-42, Faridabad, Haryana - 121010.

  1. Joined as partner with M/s. Brij Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, in Nov., 2009 and looking after Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Company Law Matters, Bank Audits, etc..
  2. Certified Concurrent Auditor of Banks by the Internal Audit Standards Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  3. Certified Forensic Accountant and Fraud Detector by the Committee on Information Technology of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  4. Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  5. Pursuing Diploma and Information and Risk Management course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  6. Pursuing Certificate Course on Forex and Treasury Management of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA. HUMESH KUMAR (FCA)

Location: Head Office:- 729A, Basement, Sector-8, Panchkula, Haryana, India.

  1. Joined M/s. J C Bhalla & Co., Chartered Accountants, Delhi as Audit Manager in 1972.
  2. Joined M/s. Oswal Woollen Mills Ltd., Ludhiana as Head of Accounts in 1973 and worked till January, 1976.
  3. Joined M/s. Steel Strips Ltd., Chandigarh as Finance Manager in February, 1976 and worked there till 1991.
  4. Joined M/s. Indian Acrylics Ltd., Chandigarh (Group company of M/s. Steel Strips Ltd.) as Financial Controller in 1991 and retired as Finance Director in July, 2017.
  5. Joined as partner with M/s. Brij Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, in May, 2018 and looking after accounting and auditing matters.

CA. GAURAV GOYAL (FCA)

Location: Branch Office:- E-301, Sushma Green Vista, Vill Dhakoli, Zirakpur, Punjab - 140603.

  1. Joined M/s. Surya Telecom Pvt. Ltd. AS Accounts Executive in May, 2016 and worked till November, 2016.
  2. Joined M/s. Vinod Kumar & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Audit Associate in January, 2017 and worked till June, 2017.
  3. Joined M/s. Vaneet Infrastructures & Developers Pvt. Ltd. as Accounts Manager in June, 2017 and worked till January, 2019.
  4. Joined as partner with M/s. Brij Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, in February, 2019 and looking after client management, Indian GAAPS, financing, accounting and audit operations and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) compliances.
  5. Is a keen communicator with excellent analytical, team building and relationship management skills.
